The filter plate is a key device in water treatment processes, playing a dual role in carrying the filter material layer for filtration and backwashing water (gas) distribution in the filter tank. The quality of filter plates, especially their flatness and accuracy, directly affects the filtered water quality, quantity, and long-term operational benefits of water and sewage plants. The traditional filter water distribution system has high resistance during filtration and backwashing, uneven water distribution, multiple stagnant water areas, easy compaction and mud accumulation of filter materials, and the loosening of the supporting layer due to local flushing intensity, resulting in adverse consequences such as sand leakage.
IIPurpose:
1). Catalyst filtration and separation;
2) High temperature gas filtration in petrochemical industry, filtration of fluidized bed tail gas in petrochemical plants, and filtration of catalytic cracking slurry oil;
3) Purification of high-temperature flue gas in the metallurgical industry;
4) Filtration of other high-temperature gases and liquids;
5) Filtration of various high-temperature, corrosive liquids, and catalysts in the petrochemical industry;
6) Filtration and purification of various polymer melts in the chemical fiber film industry;
7) Filtration and separation of various catalysts in the pharmaceutical industry;
8) Used for gas distribution and fluidized bed orifice plate materials;
9) Used for high-pressure backwash oil filters, etc;
10) Used for filtering edible oils, beverages, and various edible slurries;
11) Used for purifying and filtering production wastewater.
3、 Installation requirements
The horizontal installation accuracy of the filter plate requires high precision, and its important foundation involves the leveling of the entire pool of the filter beam and the positioning accuracy of the stainless steel parts used for pre embedded riveting of the filter plate. Therefore, the leveling of the filter beam requires a horizontal line, and a high standard metal mold and skilled manufacturing technology must be configured to ensure the flatness of the filter beam. After the plane is leveled, the filter plate can be installed.
1. Construction shall be carried out according to the design drawings. The horizontal error of a single pool surface shall be greater than ± 2mm, and the elevation error of each grid filter shall not exceed ± 5mm
2. The seam of the filter plate should be leak proof and able to withstand the pressure of flushing;
3. Before laying the filter plate, use a level to check that the elevation error of the supporting beam surface is less than ± 2mm
4. The joint of the filter plate is embedded and filled with 903 polymer cement mortar. The joint is cured in a humid environment for three days and put into use after seven days;
5. During construction, attention should be paid to preventing mortar from leaking into the pool or sealing the filter head. After installation, the mortar on the filter surface should be cleaned thoroughly.
4、 Installation inspection
Use a level to check the level, and add a plug to test the tightness by draining water. The success or failure of filter plate production and installation is directly related to the success or failure of the air-water backwashing process. Compared with the traditional separate water flushing process, the air-water backwashing process adds air backwashing, which requires a horizontal error of no more than ± 2mm for a single tank filter surface and no more than ± 5mm for the elevation error of each grid filter. Only in this way can uneven backwashing be avoided, which can lead to sludge agglomeration and affect water quality and treatment efficiency.
